First, I accidentally went to the Hyundai dealership when I was trying to get to Ray Skillman Kia. Chris first drove my daughter and I where we needed to be and continued to work with us. I came to test drive a Kia Sportage, which was great! I went home to discuss it with my husband, and long story short, it sold before we could get back. I let Chris know what I was looking for, and the very next day, he had sent me pictures of the Kia Sportage that we eventually purchased. Chris went above and beyond to make sure we were happy! The entire experience was top notch. Chris has a very fun and relaxed personality, and that’s exactly how the buying process was for us. We are thrilled with our Kia and with the service we received from Chris, and the Ray Skillman team. We met Avery, who was exceptionally kind to us, offering cookies, drinks, etc. Mr. Reber “the finance guy” went out of his way to help us as well. He even offered us information on our home mortgage loan. He didn’t have to do that, and it was incredibly appreciated!
