Marsell assured me this van was in excellent condition . As I couldn't travel that far to see it , I looked at the close up pictures he sent on e-mail and worked out the purchase price for the van. when the van arrived at my residence in Iowa I was very pleased with the van & Marsell was very helpful & truthfull too deal with . Another great experience This was my third car I have purchased from Ray Skillman Westside Auto Mall. My first was a used Outlander back in 2011. Then I traded that for a new This was my third car I have purchased from Ray Skillman Westside Auto Mall. My first was a used Outlander back in 2011. Then I traded that for a new Sportage in 2015. This time I bought a new Mitsubishi Mirage as a second car. My son just got his learner's permit and we needed something for him to drive. I had worked with Austin for my first two cars. This time, as I arrived, Austin was helping someone else so Dorian took care of me. I told him I wanted something small, cheap and with an automatic transmission. I wasn't real sure if I wanted new or something used with low miles. He took me out to look at the Mirages they had in stock. With the rebate and returning Mitsubishi customer deals I could get a new car cheaper than a used car. My son loves purple and they had a "plasma purple" Mirage in stock. Dorian was pleasant and knew his Mitsubishi products. After a short test drive I knew this would be the perfect first car for my son. I was sold but I told Dorian I had a small problem...Due to my work schedule I wouldn't be able to have someone bring me back to pick up the car until Friday night or Saturday morning. He said it was not a problem and he arranged to have the car delivered today. That was a pleasant bonus! After filling out some paperwork for the financing, I was handed off to the finance guy Dave. This is my third time working with Dave and he is always wonderful. He very clearly explains what I am signing and what my options are. After the finance paperwork was all squared away, Austin was finished helping the other customers and took me out to my new Mirage to go over all of the features and make sure I didn't have any further questions or needs. After he was done a couple of other employees followed me home with my new car. The process was super fast. I was probably at the dealership a total of ninety minutes. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used car and next time I am in the market for a car I will go back to Ray Skillman Westside Auto Mall. Whether it is buying a car or having scheduled maintenance done, I have always had a positive experience here. More
