Poor service I bought a 2012 car with low miles and certified vehicle, 2 weeks later I had to put a new battery in plus service the power steering. The reflector I bought a 2012 car with low miles and certified vehicle, 2 weeks later I had to put a new battery in plus service the power steering. The reflector light fell out and instead of fixing it they super glued it. Won't let you in the service department without an appointment. When you schedule an appointment then they don't schedule so when you arrive they turn you away and say you never made an appointment. Not very helpful, just want you to buy what they think you should have. I should have just walked away, went with my gut. More

They took their time with me to seal the deal with Brian the finance advisor. They even took photographs of me with a big red ribbon on the purchase of my new vehicle now that is great customer service, and I like that. Two weeks after the purchase of my vehicle on Black Friday I received an email that was auto sent. I'm sure to all their customers it says if you purchase a vehicle you qualify for 4K television I called the dealership and spoke to a manager who told me that I could not qualify because I bought the vehicle before Black Friday my comment was "Even if I purchase my last two vehicles from your dealership does that not qualify me for a good customer"? So can someone please help me understand why I cannot receive the TV? If I am and consider myself to be a" Loyal Customer." More
