Totally Satisfied I met the sales person Henry leaving La Hacienda. I had just got into the market for a car . I went into the dealership a week later and they ran my credit and from behind the scenes they (Henry and Jordy) had been researching what was in my budget and price range, I wasn't at the dealership for none of this. They were texting me vehicle options and were very persistent with finding me something. Finally, I went to the dealership ready to make a purchase and they worked hard to get what I wanted. Brian Schultz worked very hard with the bank to keep me in my price range . The car I picked had been in the service center and I was afraid I wasn't going to leave with my new car. But leave to those gentlemen, they rushed it through the service center and got everything fixed so I could leave with my new 2013 Hyundai Elantra!! And I love it . They even still help and I've had the car for a week. I love those guys and would recommend anyone in the market. More

When the model I was initially looking at was more than I wanted to pay Jordy and the rest of his staff helped find a model that fit right within my price range. The vehicle was still in transit so Ray Skillman let me borrow a brand new 2016 Elantra up until my vehicle was available, at no cost to me. They even allowed me to swing by the dealership to fill up the gas tank on the Elantra at no additional cost. I am very pleased with my buying experience and would have still been driving around in a beat-up Accent spending the same amount of money where it not for Jordy. More

This was not a typical process for them either, as they had to ship one of only roughly 7 vehicles in the US that met my desired specification. But they did it, and did it without any hesitation. Despite the extra effort, they were still great value for money, and honestly exceeded my expectations at every turn. I really do feel like family when I deal with this dealership, as cheesy as I know that sounds. Customer care goes a long way, and I've experienced great customer care with every visit at Ray Skillman. I got some experiences on the other end of the continuum with some other dealerships in town, so this definitely isn't the norm. If you are in the market for a vehicle, definitely give Ray Skillman Hyundai a visit and a shot. My search (which had started to become pretty stressful and a huge chore) ended once I did, and I've never looked back. More
