I bought a 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT back in August from Skillmans and totaled it in November after hitting a deer. Brian and Jack met us at the door as for right to work. I told Jack what I was looking for and he went out on the lot in the rain and found it for us. It took no time at all before I was driving home with my new car. I absolutely love it!! I have been recommending your dealership to all of my family and friends! More
I would just like to say that John Trischler and Joey Turnbloom are fantastic!! They made buying my brand new 2013 Boss 302 mustang a great experience. I ordered the car over the phone and waited 6 months for it to arrive. They were very easy to talk to and made me feel confident in doing the deal over the phone. Over that 6 month wait for the car they were always willing to talk on the phone and answer any questions I had. Once the car arrived at the dealership they helped me through the online finance forms so the deal would be quicker when I came to pick it up. Once I got to the dealership the deal went super smooth. The paperwork took about 30 minutes and then John took his time and explained all the features of the car to me. They even gave me a full tank of gas. It was the best car buying experience I ever had. John and Joey are top rate salesmen!! More

My husband and I came into the dealership on a Saturday when it was very busy. We got teamed up with Jason. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time with us showing us several different op when it was very busy. We got teamed up with Jason. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time with us showing us several different options in the vehicles we were interested in. We didn't feel rushed at all. We decided a few days later to purchase the car. It was a Hyundai Sante Fe 2013. We told Jason we'd like white with Tan interior and he said not a problem. I signed all the paperwork and was told that we'd have the car on Thursday ( I was in on a Monday) Jason told us the car had to come from Ohio and it would have a few hundred miles on it. Once the papers were signed the service stopped. Thursday came and went and no car. I had to call over and over to get an ETA and I kept getting the run around. Then Jason told me he never said we'd have it by Thursday. He for sure did because we had family coming in from out of town and wanted to have the car to transport our large group. Once the car finally arrived it was after 5:00pm. We went to the dealership to pick it up- Someone from Hyundai helped us because Jason was not available/headed out for the day at that time. He promised us he'd look over the car top to bottom to be sure it was good to go. We realized when signing the paperwork that it had over 2,000 miles on it. The dealership didn't see why we were so upset about this but wouldn't you be if you expected a BRAND NEW CAR? We eventually decided to lease the vehicle still not happy that nobody called us about the miles. The Hyundai manager was very rude to us and was like I don't understand what the big deal is. He said that he told Jason to call us and tell us but I guess that wasn't important to notify your customer about the extensive miles that were on the vehicle. after about 2 hours of going over features (the employee that helped us can't remember his name was amazing) We noticed the back seat warmer didn't work as well as something in the navigation system. needless to say we had to make an appointment to bring it back. All in all we were new to Indiana and looking for a great experience. Needless to say we were far from achieving it. It was like once the sale was made nothing mattered. So sad because we will not be coming back to do business after our lease is up. To us it's worth paying more to get better service. More

I was looking for a Roush or Shelby GT500. As i searched the internet and my network of friends at dealerships i can across your delaership and John through his YouTube descriptions of the cars. I contacte the internet and my network of friends at dealerships i can across your delaership and John through his YouTube descriptions of the cars. I contacted him about a new Roush Stage 3. He was very helpful in describing the points of both cars and assisted me with making the decision on the car that would give me what i was looking for. When i flew in to test drive the car i was met at the airport by Joey and allowed to drive the car from the airport to the dealership. At the dealership i was treated to lunch and a tour of the museum. They gave me a full walk through of that car as i was making an 8 hour drive to Kansas City. John and Joey both followed up with me a week later to see how things were going and if i had any questions about the car. It was a fantastic buying experience and would definately recommend Ray Skillman to anyone who was looking to buy a Ford and John/Joey if they were looking for a performance Ford. More
