I was told about how they make this vehicle from the ground up and not cut in half like the other handicapped vans I have owned in the past. After my wife and I went through the MV-1 at Ray Skillmans Charles offered to let me and my wife take it for a drive and see how it drove. The lack of road noise and the head room and overall space was a huge selling point. We had decided this was an investment worth making and Charles was there to make it happen. We traded in a 2007 Solara convertible and then negotiated the remaining price on the MV-1. At the end we thanked Charles for a job well done.bslamers More

While not successful in getting a Ford Fusion Hybrid in my preferred color (Tri-color White) after seeking out other dealerships which might have one with our specific specs, we are exceedingly pleased with the Ruby Red one we ended up purchasing. James was patient, attentive, gave us time to discuss what we wanted to do and could afford to do privately and was exceptionally helpful in helping us set up the Ford Sync system with what we wanted displayed instead of just the factory defaults.
