When we arrived we were greeted with a smile and a friendly welcome. We had already been in contact with your establishment by E-Mail and had already selected the care we were interested in. Jeremy took us on a short test drive and explained many of the features of the car. After negotions we settled on a price that was above what we were budgeting but were. Satisfied with the contract. We were expecting a little more out of our trade in as the deal was about $3000 under Kelly blue book. Over all we were happy with the contract and are happy with the Ford Tauras so far. More

She sent an email around 10:30 a.m. followed by a phone call about five minutes later. She sent the exact information I requested. I asked a few questions she did not know the answers to. She said so but that she would find out. She did and sent that information to me. We set up an appointment for the following day. Upon our arrival we met Jeremy Moorman. He was very informative and knew a lot about the vehicle we were interested in. The trade value for out vehicle was not what I would have liked but is was close enough. We were offered a price, we told them what we wanted and everyone met in the middle. The gentleman that handled the financing and warranty closed the deal. Any one of these people could have cost Ray Skillman a customer. However, everyone together turned a test drive into a car sale. More
