Reason for 4 Stars The only downfall to my experience was with the first finance guy I had to deal with. If it weren't for my salesman (Chase Wilson & Darla ?) I would The only downfall to my experience was with the first finance guy I had to deal with. If it weren't for my salesman (Chase Wilson & Darla ?) I would not have purchased the vehicle I did. They hooked me up with a different guy, who treated me much better and didn't add on the 'hidden costs'. Other than that little trip up, my experience was wonderful! More

Best salesperson I have every experienced I started my search like I start every search on the internet. I submitted a request on a vehicle that I liked and within minutes I received a call f I started my search like I start every search on the internet. I submitted a request on a vehicle that I liked and within minutes I received a call from Sean. I told him what I wanted, he sent me a link to all the vehicles on the lot that met those requirements. I picked one out and he had it pulled up and ready for me to test drive after work. Sean took the time to find me exactly what I wanted and spent a lot of time reviewing the features with me. He was fun, not pushy at all, and unbelievably knowledgable. He got every discount he could for me and I left feeling like I bought an amazing vehicle (Escape) at the best price possible. More

Dealership promissed title to new vehicle in 20 days after signing. Ithas been 26 days and still no title. They said the had no one to to do out of state title work. More
