Very rude management I went in with a good friend of mine to help her out on buying a car , yes we went in near close but it was still 20 minutes until close. When we went I went in with a good friend of mine to help her out on buying a car , yes we went in near close but it was still 20 minutes until close. When we went inside we were greeted by a salesmen who we had talk to before , but then his manager interrupted and was very pushy and rude . You could tell he really wanted to get out of there and didn't care about the sale he just wanted to go home. If he doesn't want do business between 8:30-9pm then maybe he should adjust the hours so people don't think they're open and ready for business. After an independent trade-in value from TruWorth we also had Bryan (said manager) give us an estimate , TruWorth had offered us 6400 which was agreeable based off KBB , but Bryan gave an offer of $4000 at most. He talked down to my friend as if she was a child and it was ridiculous and very rude. That was the car she really wanted but now we are finding one elsewhere and Skillman has lost any future business from us or our families. That was the absolute worst car buying experience I have ever had , our Salesman Austin was great and very friendly and helpful , but thanks to Bryan we will never be back. More

They made the process easy! Never pushy and always friendly! I worked with Marcus. He was very polite and respectful and helped me find the right vehicle.
