I called them and they were extremely helpful and got me into the car I wanted without any problems even from 700 miles away. I locked in the car with a down payment, they held it for me until I could get down there to buy it. Once I arrived I was greeted by the salesman I had been working with, and he had all of the paperwork done when I arrived. I was out of there very quickly without any problems.
