A week later the van would not shift out of low gear, limp mode the dealership said they had to have it in that mode to diagnose it, well went to 2 dealerships to check it, still not fixed, called Miles Robinson and GM David Everett, and they had me take it to Fletchers Chrysler in Franklin, BOOM, they gave me a super nice rental, and the next day John Thompson and the service Dept calls and want to swap the rental for a Loaner...which was a killer Jeep Wrangler, man that is one sharp vehicle, I thank Ray Skillman and Fletchers for a job well done and will be back when we need another vehicle! thanks to all involved!! Through the whole procedure we were his priority, ensuring we were comfortable & satisfied with our purchase. He always presented every available option but steered us toward what he thought we would want (which incidentally was not the most expensive!) Every detail was explained, pros & cons and when it came to financing we were just as pleased.
