He helped us on the test drives, and narrowed down the trim selection. When we had a model in mind, Sales Manager Steve McQueen did an outstanding job helping make us an "offer we couldn't refuse." :-) He was mindful of the incentives and discounts for which we qualified, and rapidly sealed the deal by being truly motivated to help us buy the car that day. Then, the next day after the dealer transfer took place, Carrie Freund was exceptional in explaining the different financing & warranty options. All in all, a great job by all the Ray Skillman staff. Bought a new to me 2012 camry XLE Brian Minner, the salesman was anice guy and easy to talk to. No games played and by the time i got there when we agreed on the price, the car was sitting there waiting for me and i want rushed or anything even though it was past 9pm when they close.
