I traded in my old used car for a newer used car. Drove it home fine, but the next morning the car had engine failure. The dealership refused to take the car back, would not exchange it, and offered me no it home fine, but the next morning the car had engine failure. They did say I could trade it back in but that I would lose a lot of money, which translates to, "We would be more than happy to screw you over again." Management ganged up on me on the sales floor and pretended that repairing and returning a failed engine was doing me a favor. I don't want a broken car at an inflated price, I want a car that works so in the future I will not be buying from Ray Skillman and I recommend nobody else does either. More
