I traded in my old used car for a newer used car. Drove it home fine, but the next morning the car had engine failure. The dealership refused to take the car back, would not exchange it, and offered me no it home fine, but the next morning the car had engine failure. The dealership refused to take the car back, would not exchange it, and offered me no other option than to keep a failed engine. They did say I could trade it back in but that I would lose a lot of money, which translates to, "We would be more than happy to screw you over again." Management ganged up on me on the sales floor and pretended that repairing and returning a failed engine was doing me a favor. I don't want a broken car at an inflated price, I want a car that works so in the future I will not be buying from Ray Skillman and I recommend nobody else does either. More

I’m happy they were able to help despite my credit situation. I’m not happy that I was interrupted the entire time when trying to explain what I was looking for in a vehicle and what I could afford mo situation. I’m not happy that I was interrupted the entire time when trying to explain what I was looking for in a vehicle and what I could afford monthly. Very unprofessional and rude if you ask me. I was also told to start signing documents after I had asked what my payments would be and was told I couldn’t know what the payment was yet! Not sure how that works but I have NEVER been made to sign documents without reading my contract first. I was also told I HAD to have gap insurance and my loan company just called to tell me that was NOT the case. Overall I’m very upset with this dealership I love the vehicle but I can’t stand all these ‘men’ strutting around the building treating me the way they did just because I’m a female and they don’t think I know what I’m doing. There’s not a chance I will ever refer anybody to this place at all! More
