Darla and her team were incredibly helpful and very patient with my indecision about sedan vs suv. After driving several vehicles, once I decided, they quickly found the one I wanted and it was ready for delivery the next day. The financial process is always tedious, but this is the part where you have to decide with what is best for you. The team worked with me to get the amount I felt was fair for my trade in and then went above and beyond helping me with deciding on the right loan combination that fit my pocketbook. I also got an amazing price for the Ziebart package. All said and done, it was a satisfying experience and I would recommend Darla and her team to anyone who is serious about purchasing a vehicle. On top of all of this, one of the other primary reasons I wanted to stay with this group was because of their service center. I had my prior vehicles taken care of there and without hesitation they took very good care of me. I was never treated like a "dumb blonde" and always given thorough information as to making informed decisions. Even one time when we "hit a bump", it was immediately addressed and they were incredibly apologetic. I am more than grateful for their knowledge and experience. Thanks to all of them....!!! More
