Salesman good. Service department bad I bought a 2016 T250 with 12k miles on a Thursday evening. It wouldn’t start the following Wednesday. Acts like a bad starter. Driven about 10 miles. Its still under Ford warranty. Received a call Friday that they may be able to look at it Monday. 7 days later and it’s still in for repairs. The sales department seems fine. Their serves department is terrible. More
