A first class operation with First class personel Took daughter to purchase a used vehicle she found on line. We could not have received a nicer or more knowledgeable person. He spoke to her ensuring she understood everything from the exterior of the vehicle to the very smallest detail on the dash board and entertainment counsel. He road with us on the test drive and talked again about different features of the vehicle. Once it was determined she wanted to purchase the vehicle and started the paper process he made sure she understood what and why she was signing the papers. He then took her outside and assisted her in setting up everything from the mirrors to her cell phone. A FIRST CLASS OPERATION and PERSON. Happy customer I did not think that I would be purchasing a vehicle from Ray Skillman but I was wrong. The people at Ray Skiilman Southside Hyundai(Greenwood) were I did not think that I would be purchasing a vehicle from Ray Skillman but I was wrong. The people at Ray Skiilman Southside Hyundai(Greenwood) were the best group of sales personnel I have met when dealing with an auto purchase (new or used). There were several key people, Manny Ruiz-Aguayo, Steve McQueen, and help on auto insurance Samantha Ruetsh. They were all professional, courteous and best of all not pushy. This transaction did not happen in one day. It occurred over the course of one week. I had also checked out other dealerships and found myself coming back to Ray Skillman Southside Hyundai for several reasons. The reasons are as follows, I got a better deal on a new vehicle than any other place, The sales people never pressured me, they were very courteous and new the vehicles they were selling as well. So, I will be using the dealership for service and if I need another vehicle I will be going there. The requiremrnts for the HMF rebate and what rebates were still applicable with 1.9% financing @ 72 mos. In addition, I was misled about what amount sales tax was computed on. None of these issues concern the finance person at Ray Skillman but the sales person I dealt with. This issue was brought to Ray Skillman's attention thru an email to the Sales Mgr. Based on my calculations the financing that I had to choose will cost me an additional $2,200 over the life the loan. I feel Ray Skillman owes some type of compensation in return ex.. free maintenance for 2 to 3 yrs. More
