He spend a lot of time with us and offered us" numerous" options to get what we requested. He's is sincerely there to please the people that bring their business there and we truly felt no pressure to accept anything unless we were happy. That is truly appreciated and unusual in the car buying process. Johnny is extremely knowlegable about every aspect of the products Ford offers. He is very personable and genuine Ford Part! :) :) We sensed his sincere hope to have us leave smiling with or without a different vehicle. .
