Went Above and Beyond This was my second new car to buy from Ray Skillman Ford and it is due to the staff and how friendly and helpful they are. When I arrived I was greeted by Billy, who I told exactly what I wanted as far as color, wheels, SEL and interior package, and the hunt started. Cornell came out with a set of keys saying they had one in stock handed them off to Billy as we talked to Cornell. Billy was out in the lot for 15 minutes walking up and down the lot till he finally found the car near the back, that is outstanding customer service! The trade in of my '16 model to driving away in my new car was the smoothest an most professional process I have been through. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used car.
