He did not have to offer to help at all, but he did. I thank both Cornell Wilson, sales & Tom Ackerly, finance, for their valuable time they both gave me for the privilege to be driving a new vehicle, ( though I really dislike the black interior & the loss of 2 days of my manufacturer warranty). I thank the body shop for making the repair of the passenger door. I became upset about the door popping open while driving, as well as intermittently just popping open. It was not the dealership's fault, it was the manufacturing process. Publicly I apologize for getting upset with the dealership. I thank the service department for answering all my questions on a variety of things related to my vehicle. I highly recommend with technology today, that this dealership's service department and body shop get connected to the Ford Pass. I also recommend that customers be given an option to purchase the third party extended warranty, Auto Guard, that is currently offered OR the Ford Extended warranty. I am NOT happy with is dealership's loaner car policy whether brand new or warranty repair costs the customer 50.00 retainer fee. Unpredictable issues happen, lessons are learned, & life goes on Would I recommend this dealership to my family and friends? For the most part, yes. More
