Have always had my vehicle serviced at Skillmans where I purchased it. The personnel have been friendly, professional and helpful. Service has been completed in time expected and my vehicle has continued to purchased it. The personnel have been friendly, professional and helpful. Service has been completed in time expected and my vehicle has continued to perform at its best. Waiting area is comfortable, accommodating with plenty of seating and refreshments if desired. Have never compared pricing so can't speak on that. More
Every time we have purchased a new Kia Doug Magnuson has handled the financing. Since I spent 40 years in the finance business I can say that he is the most professional F & I man I have ever met. When ever I am in the dealership getting one of our 2 Kia’s serviced and I see him he always gas a smile on his face and always takes time to chat and get caught up on my wife and I. The General Manager is committed to customer service. He responded to my inquiry from this site, when I was just trying to figure out who the GM was. I had a same day response to my email concerning custome responded to my inquiry from this site, when I was just trying to figure out who the GM was. I had a same day response to my email concerning customer satisfaction with purchase and service. He called me that same day when my concerns about service department missteps had become apparent, and from that moment forward I had no further issues with the service department. Kia Service Department I’m writing this review in hopes that there might be some policy changes in regards to the service technicians and the way they do things. I brought m I’m writing this review in hopes that there might be some policy changes in regards to the service technicians and the way they do things. I brought my Kia in for 30k warranty check. I pick my Kia up and I now have scratches on my front fenders from the technicians belt buckles or something else. Mike was able to buff most of them out however I’m still left with a scratch that is deep. This is the 2nd time I have had issues with the service technicians not paying attention. Last time they had to replace my door handle. Now I get to wait for Adam Franks to call me and schedule time for the scratch to be fixed. I just paid 380.00 to now have to come back. Who will be paying me for my time since it’s valuable as well. I just paid the technicians 204.00 out of that 380.00 for their labor! Where is the decency of respecting someone else’s belongings? The only good news out of this is Kourtney Bradshaw was great! She actually understood our concerns and was sympathetic. On a side note, as my car was getting serviced, looked at the Telluride and test drove. The salesman Mac smelled of straight alcohol (vodka)and was not helpful at all. Chris the used car salesman definitely thought I was stupid and only offered me 11-13k for my 2017 Kia Spoetage that is AWD with 30k miles. He said he would sell it for around 18k. He had already pulled up my information on what I owed while I was on test drive. So now salesman can pull up what you owe without your knowledge???? Disappointed, disrespectful, and I will never buy a car from a Ray Skillman dealership ever again. More
