The customer experiece is the worse that I have ever seen in a dealership in my life. Mike Dine was absolutely awesome and would love to send business to him; however the entire company has unethical busine in a dealership in my life. The first encounter was not bad they started to work on financing, when going in the second time the finance manager Colt Key tried to make me buy an extended warranty that I didn't want. I told him that I was not going to purchase it and that he needed to take it off. He then proceeded to tell me that he would not and that I had to purchase it, he changed his story a couple of times during this as well being first is was the manager that was making him sell this to me then later it was the bank. It was also told to me that I could cancel it 6 months from that day as I didn't want it. Come to find out Mr. Key was not authorized to make the offer that he did. Upon the file being moved to another finance manager it was fully discovered that what Mr. Key had done, in my opionion, he was making a fraudalt deal. On the third trip into the dealership the deal was supposed to be done, but at last minute the final numbers were changed once again that more money had to be put down. After finally agreeing to do so, and waiting for several hours, one of the managers came over and explained that what they were doing for me was pending on a two car deal, as a friend was with me and considering buying a car. If he didn't buy a car as well that they could not complete the deal. By this time I expressed my frustration and explaination that he was never part of the deal. Where they get off trying to make someone do something that they don't want to do is unethical. My deal has had the numbers changed several time and each time it is different, of course it is always wanting more money down. I will not send any business to Ray Skillman in my lifetime, which is a shame as Mike Dine has tried his best to work on this deal and has gotten the short end of the stick. More

I had been looking for this particular model of vehicle (voodoo blue FJ cruiser) for several months. That’s how I found Ray Skillman. I found the car online without any pictures and a very basic description, I hit the contact us button and very shortly i was contacted by Michael Dine. He was great to work with, sent me pictures right away and answered all my questions. After going back and forth I figured it was worth the drive. Before heading up there I had my financing taken care of with them and we had agreed on a price. Once I got there the process was painless. The car was exactly as described. After signing by name what felt like a hundred times I hit the road back to Nashville. All in all a great buying experience. If you are buying there Michael Dine will take great care of you! TLDR: a great buying experience!! More

We live in Louisville KY and could not find a used car we wanted in Louisville. I shopped Auto Trader online for 9 months and to be honest got tired of seeing Ray Skillman used cars as it was out of my driv wanted in Louisville. I shopped Auto Trader online for 9 months and to be honest got tired of seeing Ray Skillman used cars as it was out of my driving distance with my work. When my wife and I had decided between two models of used Mustang convertibles we wanted to see and drive the only place close to us with both models was the Ray Skillman dealerships. The Saturday after Labor Day 2013 we made plans to come up and look at the Ford Dealership first as they had one of the models we were interested in and I thought would look at the inventory and find the other model as it was on another Skillman’s lot. The car we went to look at was sold over the Labor Day weekend and while they were nice and showed us other cars on that lot they did not look at the over all inventory. We left and drove down the road to the South Side KIA Dealership were we were waited on by Josh Falcon. I knew the used car I wanted to look at and he took us to it and let us look it over and drive it giving us directions to a place we could get out of the Saturday morning traffic. When we came back from the test drive he had found the other model in an older body style at even another Skillman Dealership across town and gave us directions on how to find it. We went over and drove it and made the decision that the one Josh had shown us was the one we were interested in. We went back not once but twice asking questions and each time was not pushed to make a decision and always was treated friendly by everyone working that Saturday. On the third time coming back in on the same day we made a deal. I wish I could say everything from there was a story book ending but it was not and we have had issues with the car. BUT Josh Falcon stayed true to his word with us and worked to make sure the car was like we agreed on when we picked it up a week later and the issues we have ran into after picking the car up he has gone up and above to make sure all issues have been resolved to our satisfaction and as of today we have no issues with our car. Also I would like to thank Doug in Finance for helping us during a our purchase and one Saturday morning when I called him by mistake when after the purchase things with the car was not going well. He assured me during my melt down things would be fixed and followed up the next week to make sure what he had told me was taken care of. While this car is not a daily commuter and will only be driven three seasons out of the year in some ways it is more important as it is toy we are both have work long and hard for and are proud to say we own a black 2011 Ford Mustang convertible GT and would like to recommend Josh Falcon and the Skillman Dealerships. More

I initially spoke with a salesman and we could not come to an agreement. A couple days later, I emailed an offer for a 2013 GMC Acadia. They accepted the deal via voicemail AND email. I arrived to the dealership to close the deal and they had only included half of the deal in the write up. The sales manager indicated the sales rep made a mistake and he was not willing to stand by the deal, that the rep said was approved by the GMC manager. The sales manager acknowledged he understood the deal that I had proposed, but there was some mis-communication between the rep and the sales manager's boss when it was kicked up to him. I emailed the dealership general manager twice, the last one more than a week ago, and have not received a response from him. I'm very disappointed with their unwillingness to stand by a deal that was negotiated in good faith. More

My wife and I visited Ray Skillman after visiting a few other places and were very pleasantly surprised at what a great experience we had. We actually had almost gotten a bad deal from another dealership t other places and were very pleasantly surprised at what a great experience we had. We actually had almost gotten a bad deal from another dealership that was trying to sell us a flood car (without disclosing that) but luckily we noticed the rust and sand and walked away. At Ray Skillman we worked with Justin Fendley and had an awesome experience. He was friendly, laid-back, and not at all pushy. We were interested in a Ford Focus and he encouraged us to drive it a lot (we did two test drives) and answered all our questions thoroughly. The car was in great condition and passed our inspection with flying colors. Justin also worked out a great deal with us and actually helped us come in under budget. We are super-happy and would absolutely go back to work with Justin on any future car needs. Thanks! We're happy. More

Justin went beyond his job for me. He replied to my text in interest of a car I found online n looked it up on his day off work! He met with me at your Kia dealership for the mustang I purchased.
