Jennifer, We're so sorry to hear about the problems you've had with your lease turn in. We're actually not the ones that assess the vehicle upon return and determine the charges--that would be Mitsubishi, who the lease is through. The repairs were made to Mitsubishi's specifications if they were done at one of our locations. We're glad to hear that you were able to get most of the charges removed.
