Fast and Efficient I dropped my car off after closing hours and I had a phone call first thing in the morning to tell me they were taking it in. The service department I dropped my car off after closing hours and I had a phone call first thing in the morning to tell me they were taking it in. The service department kept me updated on the status of my car and they had it ready when I needed it. The man in the service department got my car in right after lunch to get a replacement key and my keyless code reset. He knew I was upset about my keys being stolen and I feel he did his best to help me feel safe when I return to campus on Monday. More

Great Experience Time and Time Again! I have had nothing but positive experiences with Ray Skillman South Side Auto Center. I have purchased 2 cars with them and had service done on my veh I have had nothing but positive experiences with Ray Skillman South Side Auto Center. I have purchased 2 cars with them and had service done on my vehicle. My sales consultant Joe Dowler was top notch all around. My experience with Finance Consultant Doug Mangus was by far the best experience I have ever had. The service department is amazing as well. I was able to make an appointment at a convenient time for me. They got me in at my appointment time and out in under an hour plus gave me a complimentary car wash which was much needed. Never lease a car from them!!! I leased a car and I loved it. Then when the lease was up I was stuck with over a 1000 bill. They said it had roof damage, the rim was bent and two I leased a car and I loved it. Then when the lease was up I was stuck with over a 1000 bill. They said it had roof damage, the rim was bent and two of the tires were a different brand. The roof did not have one dent on it. The rim was bent and then fixed by Ray Skillman repair center!! They said the fix was not good enough. They are the ones that fixed it but its not good enough to turn into them???? The tires are the ones that they put on after they fixed the rim. I got some of the charges taken off but I am still stuck paying 150 dollars per tire when they just didn't like the brand that THEY put on the car. I have talked to everyone I could think of to get this fixed. I have talked to the credit company, Ray skillman repair shop, the car dealership, and my insurance company. I was told their was nothing more that can be done. I will be going to the Better Business Bureau next. I have never been so unhappy with a company in my life. This is BAD business to do something like this to one of their customers. More
