On this service visit, I mentioned to Greg Kaiser that I may be interested in trading to a leased vehicle, and he offered to set me up to meet with Joe Dowler. Joe worked hard to find out what features I was looking for in the new Kia Soul, and helped me determine which of the new models was perfect for me. There was no pressure to "overbuy", Joe and the finance team helped me accomplish my goals - new model under warranty, keep my choices simple, monthly payment goal bettered, and I drove the car home the same day! Good Experience Unfortunately, I chose to go to the dealership on the last day of the month. This place was crazy busy! Good thing is that busy means people are mak Unfortunately, I chose to go to the dealership on the last day of the month. This place was crazy busy! Good thing is that busy means people are making deals. Bad thing I felt rushed. I ended up going home after looking over several cars and test driving the one I went there for without being able to discuss numbers. That being said, working with Joe Dowler the next day was very productive and I got the car I wanted and a great deal. The finance manager was awesome. Overall, I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend this dealership. More
