We were also speaking with someone from Carmax but in the end the car that Joe found for us was the perfect fit and it was a better deal than what Carmax was offering us. We even got the extended warranty and Joe scheduled our first oil change at the dealership which is a lot cheaper than we expected it to be so we will be taking our car in to them every time it needs a maintenance check up. I'm new to the area from Cleveland, and very unimpressed with the Kia dealers back there, enough so that I've considered not looking at Kia in the fut I'm new to the area from Cleveland, and very unimpressed with the Kia dealers back there, enough so that I've considered not looking at Kia in the future. This dealership seems to be much better. I only had an oil change done, but was very pleased. Easy to schedule (then reschedule), and a very quick and pleasant check in. I bring my own synthetic oil, and they charged a fair price for just providing the filter and labor. I'll be happy to return for my next service. More
