Good help in a stressful situation! I've never had to make a car payment before, so I was very anxious about the whole process. I was worried I was going to feel a lot of pressure to bu I've never had to make a car payment before, so I was very anxious about the whole process. I was worried I was going to feel a lot of pressure to buy, but it was more that the staff felt confident they'd be able to help me get the car I wanted. Terry and I took three test drives, and he was very knowledgeable about the products and their features. When I was ready, Doug made the whole process simple and made sure to explain every form to me before I signed anything and was patient with me while I hemmed and hawed. Overall I love my new car and had a really great experience, other than the fact that it took all day, but I think that's the nature of the beast with car buying! More

Dakota Reed When a pleasant young man greets you outside to inquire as to how he can help you, things feel like they might just go well, And they did. Dakota Reed made it clear that he was there to help in anyway and walked me through the process of identifying and looking at pre-owned (in my case I wound up with a car that had been leased). When I hesitated about something, he did not pressure me, but made me feel like that was OK....we can talk it through. Because he is a relatively new employee, brother Duane assisted, but again, no high pressure. Both these guys have a great sense of humor, got me a good deal (pointing out that they had just gotten a Kia Soul with tons of bells and whistles for the same price as one without), and treated me as if I were the most important customer they had. Kudos to both these guys! More

Not only did he listen to me and help me find exactly what I was looking for, he didn't use any typical sales tactics, try to upsell, or put me in a car I couldn't afford. He is not a car salesman as you would typically think of them, he is a human being and treats you like one as well. If you go to Skillman's make sure you ask for DUANE and you can't go wrong. More

Something to get from point A to B and something economical. Joseph Dowler approached me and we talked about my wants and explained to me he could find me the right car. Within a short amount of time he hit every check box I was looking for. He had me talk with Ken Somerville for financing and Vickie Johnston for Insurance. Everyone I engaged with that day was professional, polite, attentive and a true sales person. I could not have asked for a better experience. In the future when I'm looking for a new vehicle I will be returning and purchasing from this dealership. Way to go team and Thanks for my new car! More
