I have had my SUV for a couple of years now and with the amazing rebates and options available with the Kia line, (never looked at Kia's prior to Tommy's mention of them), I am eager to see what type of SUV he would suggest for a mother of two. We did not plan to purchase when we went in. We were tossing around ideas of maybe purchasing around tax time. However, with hearing everything about the Optima that Tommy told us, we had no doubt we became ready right then and there. I can promise that when I receive my tax return in a couple of months, I will definitely be going to see Tommy to trade in and up to a Kia! Chris Swisher gave us incorrect information I specifically wanted a car that had satellite radio as I listen to it all the time & had also just paid a 6 month subscription to Sirius XM. When looking at the 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander I asked Mr. Swisher if this car came with satellite radio & told him why I was asking. All I had seen on the radio itself was a button for "radio" - no button for satellite. He confirmed that the car did in fact come with satellite radio & I simply trusted him & didn't check the radio out at length. He simply wanted the sale - didn't know what the car came with or didn't come with - just wanted my money. I've bought several cars from Ray Skillman. Lesson learned - never again. More

Disappointed When we first started having our cars serviced at your location, a 2011 Optima and a 2013 Sportage, both purchased from your dealership, we had some When we first started having our cars serviced at your location, a 2011 Optima and a 2013 Sportage, both purchased from your dealership, we had some trouble with sloppy oil changes. I complained each time until I finally sent a message on a questionnaire similar to this. I was told that my letter was posted in the service area. We've haven't had any trouble for a while until we brought our cars in for oil changes on Sat., 12/3. The next day when my wife backed her Sportage out of the garage, there was an oil spot on the floor and the next day there was two. I don't expect to have to crawl under my car to clean up the oil when I've paid a professional mechanic to do the work. It is a concern to me not knowing if it's just a sloppy job or if there's an oil leak. I thought we were passed this. The service writers are awesome. The problem is with the tech's. I think you can see why I've titled this review "Disappointed". More

Awesome Experience I have been looking for a Mini Cooper for about 3 years. Watching tv, I saw a Ray Skillman ad & went to their website & did a search for a Mini. Sure I have been looking for a Mini Cooper for about 3 years. Watching tv, I saw a Ray Skillman ad & went to their website & did a search for a Mini. Sure enough, they had one that caught my eye so I contacted Mac Bridges and he got the process started. The car was at another Ray Skillman location just a few miles away. Mac drove me there & allowed me "test drive" the Mini back to the South Side dealership. From there he & Duane Reed "coached" me through the process. Never once did Mac or Duane leave my sight. They stayed with me & led me through the process keeping me continually updated as to the progress we were making along the way. When I was ready to sign the papers Doug Magnusen patiently led me though the process, answering all my questions thoroughly explaining each document and its definition. I had shopped price at other area dealers for a Mini similiarily equipped within the mileage range and Ray Skillman South Side was anywhere from $500 to $2,000 less than the other dealers. This car purchase was probably the best buying experience I have ever had. Proud to say I am now a member of the "Mini cult" and I couldn't be happier! Thank you Mac, Duane, & Doug for a first class buying experience! More
