Best Experience in purchasing a vehicle, ever. I purchased a 2017 Kia Sportage in August of 2016 from Ray Skillman Souh. In March of 2017, unfortunately it was totalled. Clay Williamson worked re I purchased a 2017 Kia Sportage in August of 2016 from Ray Skillman Souh. In March of 2017, unfortunately it was totalled. Clay Williamson worked really hard to find me that car and I had searched over 2 months for it with another dealer. After the insurance settlement, I contacted Clay and told him what had happened. I told him I wanted the exact same car. He found it and had it delivered within a day. Just as he did with the previous purchase, he went above and beyond to make the vehicle everything I wanted. They even swapped the tires out with another one so I got exactly what I wanted. Ken in financing was amazing with both purchases as well. I actually requested to use him again the second time. We were pre-approved so that made the process easy as well. Ken helped me to get receipts for things I had purchased on the old Kia for insurance purposes and he did that in a timely manner. He also helped me with submitting the refund for the extended warranty package. We have purchased 25 vehicles so far in our life and I can honestly say that dealing with Clay and Ken were hands down the best interactions with any dealership we have ever been too. You have earned my business, even if it does take an hour and a half to get there from my house. We feel like we are treated with respect and cared about from the first interaction. I can also tell you, I'm not easy to please and can have many questions throughout the process. Clay never once got frustrated with my questions. Great job! More
