We recently purchased a Kia Sportage from Ray Skillman. Rance Bagby has went beyond the call of duty to help us. He stayed late when we arrived five minutes before close on a Saturday, he was patient whil Rance Bagby has went beyond the call of duty to help us. He stayed late when we arrived five minutes before close on a Saturday, he was patient while I changed color of the car he was going to get for us multiple times, and he sent us home in a car to test over night. After the sale, he has been invaluable in dealing with a radio issue in the new car. He has communicated via text and phone on his day off and I couldn't be happier with his help. I HATE going to a dealership when I'm looking at cars. Salesmen in general...upset me. From the moment I pulled into the lot, none of the fears I harbor were realized. Ross came out to greet us and asked if we needed help. Very sincere but not overbearing. Friendly, but I got the impression that it wasn't because he wanted us to buy a car. My wife and I immediately felt at ease with him. Very personable and helpful. Great young man! Through the whole process he and Cory (Corey?) 'behind the desk guy' were extremely friendly, genuine, helpful. They were immediately our friends and that made the whole experience a good one. I honestly have never had as good an experience at any other auto business. I feel fortunate that those two were the ones who helped me. Especially Ross - but only because I dealt with him most. Cory was top notch too. I don't often go out of my way to 'pitch' a business, but I will be happy to refer friends to Ross and Cory. (I apologize if I've consistently misspelled Cory) I feel comfortable with the price I paid for the vehicle as well. I know I got a good deal and I appreciate that. More

We stopped at this dealership to look at the Kia Soul. Mr. Rance Bagby met us outside the dealership with a pleasant greeting and very friendly manner. We explained why we were there and he was not pushy or over the top. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He arranged a test drive and accompanied us on the drive. He provided us with pricing details, warranty info, and filled out the paperwork to get us into a three year lease for the Soul they had in stock. He then turned us over to Mr. Doug Magnusen, their financing manager, who helped us thru the application process and all the paperwork. All in all our experience with these two gentlemen and with the dealership in general was very pleasant and helpful. We are extremely pleased with the treatment we received. More
