Dear Sir, I'd like to take this opportunity to apologize for the miscommunication that occurred when you inquired about the Nitro a few weeks ago. The deal on that Nitro was actually started right around Noon on the Saturday you were here. It was a special finance deal, which often times can take days to complete. This particular deal took over 2 days to finalize, as we needed to obtain verification from the customers. I'm sorry for the frustration that the different responses you received caused when you inquired about the vehicle.
