Let me start by saying this was one of the most frustrating, maddening car-buying experiences I’ve ever had and it all came down to one person: salesman Wil Finlinson. His communication was absolut frustrating, maddening car-buying experiences I’ve ever had and it all came down to one person: salesman Wil Finlinson. His communication was absolutely horrible from start to finish. I was so pissed off and annoyed with how he handled things that I was literally seconds away from walking away from the entire deal. If it wasn’t for my wife calming me down and convincing me to push forward, this deal would have never gone through. The sad part is, I told multiple people I was unhappy with him, and yet they still kept pushing him on me as “my salesman.” That was beyond frustrating. When you’re making a major purchase like this, the last thing you need is a salesman who clearly lacks basic communication skills and customer care. He needs serious training, because what he has right now is NOT it. Now, credit where it’s due; the finance team was excellent. They explained everything clearly, laid out the deal in a way I could understand, and made me feel like they actually cared about earning my business. That’s the only reason this purchase didn’t completely fall apart. On top of that, since I purchased an EV (and really this should go for any first-time EV customer), GM needs to step up and offer some type of discount, promotion, or incentive on accessories. It would go a long way toward supporting new EV owners making this transition. Overall, I will buy from Ray Skillman GMC again; but never, ever with that salesman. I won’t put myself through that kind of headache again. More

Great Sales Team and the best Service Department I've ever dealt with This was my second Buick I purchased one 9/16/24. The Power Steering went out and GM couldn't get the part so they did a buyback. We bought a used car from them recently. We were told that it was inspected and did not have any major issues. About 10 days later, it needs a repair costing over $5,000. Also, repair shop was able to confirm that the car had been in their shop recently and threw a code that was not fixed. Code had been cleared. Listed at Ray Skillman next day. Ray Skillman has had the car on and off since 2023. Sales at Ray Skillman were not interested in reimbursing or returning the car but said they would give us a “good deal on a trade-in.” Please don’t buy from here. More
