When I went to Ray Skillman Northeast Mazda I was simply just going to look at a car. As a 20 year old I figured there was probably no way for me to actually get the car. Whenever Bryan was talking to me ab just going to look at a car. As a 20 year old I figured there was probably no way for me to actually get the car. Whenever Bryan was talking to me about the price I was just amazed at how much I saved on the car! I also had a trade in which Brian, Mike, and Jeff worked extremely hard to get me the amount I needed so I could afford the car. The point of the story is they really take care of you here and I absolutely love my 2012 Mazda 3 and I am thankful for the amazing people I got to meet during the process! The staf is extremely polite, thoughtful, and caring. More

Looking to trade in our Honda Pilot for a car that was better on gas. They offered us a fair price for the Pilot and worked with us on the purchasing the mazda 6. Honestly first impressions of the sales person determines if we would even consider going back. We went 'just looking' at the mazda 6, Chris offered for us to test drive, which we did, and we told him we would come back later after we went looking at other cars. He said no problem and did not try to pull us inside to talk. We were back there in two weeks to 'talk'. and Chris was at our service! More
I initially went into Ray Skillman seeking a used vehicle. After driving the boat I was currently in and dealing with the constant problems of it, I firmly decided that I needed to take a drastic s vehicle. I went into Ray Skillman with my guard up and my skepticism intact. I was ready to settle for anything other than my current vehicle. I didn't think I had much of an opportunity to bargain or negotiate with anyone at Ray Skillman because of my less than perfect credit. I compare going to car dealerships to doctor office visits. I do not like them. At any rate, after arriving at Ray Skillman, I immediately got attention from car salesman, Chris "Chef"Dych, he was very personable and customer service oriented. He wasn't aggressive, pushy or overbearing. Chris seemed genuinely interested in getting me out of my gas guzzler. I explained my situation and the next thing I knew, I was in a brand new shiny Mazda 3! A new car was certainly my dream but I didn't think it was my reality. I had given up on purchasing a new vehicle for the time being and focused instead on a more reliable used car. Ray Skillman on Shadeland thought otherwise and they got me into my new car. Everybody I dealt with at Ray Skillman was friendly and professional. I received a mini tour of their service dept. and got the lowdown info on my car. I even received a personal welcome and a handshake from Mike Bragg, the general manager. I don't recall ever getting this kind of attention from car salespeople I've purchased vehicles from in the past. I've been to reputable dealerships in the past, I might also add. Jeff Bragg in financing took away the uneasy feeling I typically get when I close on an auto deal. Jeff made everything quick and clear with no hassles or confusion. I'd easily recommend Ray Skillman on Shadeland to anyone who either wants a new/used vehicle or doubts that they can get approved for one. They are very cool!! More
