Buying my first car, I had called around a lot to different dealerships. Kia Shadeland was very helpful and willing to negotiate pricing. I think your sales people know what they are doing. The associates I encountered were friendly and helpful before I came to the dealership and while I was there however there are a few issues since I signed the dotted line: Title paperwork was not sent ti before I came to the dealership and while I was there however there are a few issues since I signed the dotted line: Title paperwork was not sent timely. I had to call at the 22 day time frame and it was hand written and faxed to me because it had "gotten under a pile." This was not Suzie nor MJ's error but rather the title agent's error. The Ziebart information was not given to me at the time of delievery (MJ??). I had to call for it a couple weeks later and what I recieved was a piece of paper with no information as to where to take the vehicle if any issues or for yearly inspections. I've had to contact a 2nd time for this information. It seems rather "out of the door out of mind" however they were on time about getting my monthly bill to me. They sure didn't have any delays when it came to getting the money. More
The staff was pleasant to work with and not only work extremely hard to get me to within five dollars of my target price on the exact vehicle I wanted, they also came to me with options to purchase a mor extremely hard to get me to within five dollars of my target price on the exact vehicle I wanted, they also came to me with options to purchase a more expensive, larger vehicle, that I previously considered out of my price range, with a lower monthly payment that the vehicle I planned to purchase. They informed me of rebates and incentives on the more expensive vehicle that I was unaware of, that beat my requested payment range. It was a great experience from the moment I walked through the door all the way through the financing of the vehicle. They preped, cleaned and topped off the gas tank and had it ready and waiting by the time I finished the paper work. They have definitely earned a repeat customer. More
