My nerves did get the best of me waiting for "the decision" and turned to giddy elation when everything was approved. I did not expect to receive my car the same day, thinking I'd have to wait for one to be found, but was assured that I would drive home in my new car the same day. Kevin made us comfortable, walked us through the whole process, explained any concerns we may have had, all the while keeping us entertained. I went in with a specific make, model and color with certain amenities. He did not try to oversell to me, but kept me in my comfort zone as far as price went.
