Service visit We took in my wife's lease for a scheduled oil change and tired rotation. The service team also found an issue with the gear shift. Needed Help My car would not start after leaving work one day, Waited for three hours for a tow truck to come and help. I thought it was my remote but was my batt My car would not start after leaving work one day, Waited for three hours for a tow truck to come and help. I thought it was my remote but was my battery. He jumped me and next day I was in the RAY SKILLMAN NORTHEAST SIDE BUICK getting a new battery. I then got oil changed and tires rotated. My advisor was Jason who assisted me through the process. He was very helpful and I appreciated his help.. I bought my car brand new at this location and continue to service it respectfully when needed at this location. PS: The donuts in the waiting room is a plus for breakfast (Just saying) More
