On behalf of the entire staff and management team at Ray Skillman we wanted to apologize about your experience in coming over to see the Accord. We have taken steps to improve the communication between our entire sales team when vehicles are sold. On this particular instance, the car in question was still available when Rachel had spoke with you in the afternoon. The car wasn’t actually sold until after 6:00 that evening, and her sales team wasn’t notified that someone else had sold the car until after your arrival. That being said we have taken the necessary steps to make sure that if a car is sold and someone is scheduled to see the same vehicle that we are able to notify the other sales person or sales team so they can call and inform the customer that is scheduled to come in. We do apologize for your inconvenience and our inability to notify you before your arrival at the dealership. Thank you for pointing out our deficiencies and giving us the opportunity to work on those and improve. If there is anything that we can help you with in the future please notify me directly.
