I have been a customer for several years and although I live on the other side of town, I prefer to drive to this dealership because the quality of work and service is exceptional. I had a rough experience with an oil change chain store and communicated this to Ron over the phone. He quickly made an appointment for me to bring my car in. I was pleasantly greeted and spoke w/ Ron. H and communicated this to Ron over the phone. He quickly made an appointment for me to bring my car in. I was pleasantly greeted and spoke w/ Ron. He said they would take a look and sent me to the very nice waiting room w/ coffee and donuts!! Ron came in and gave me some very good news in a friendly, casual manner which I appreciated because all too often women are spoken to condescendingly when dealing w/ car service at other places. He also was thoughtful enough to match the oil change price of the other place since it was the price I was planning on getting at the chain store. Very impressive!! Oh and they ran my car thru the wash! Great service all around! More
