My Ford Escape's transmission went out 8 months after buying the vehicle. Kasey helped me get into a new vehicle and really worked hard to get me back on the road. I do not recommend working with Kevin at another dealership (he no longer works at Ray Skillman I believe). I would do business with Kasey again. Thanks yall. More

Ryan was the first to greet me and work to find the right car. He was very knowledgable and friendly. Imagine my surprise, when Tony came into the picture as the saleman. There was absolutely no differnce in their knowledge or customer attentiveness. At one point I walked away, thinking I should wait until the new year yet I still kept thinking about how great everyone was to me. The Christmas card I got from the dealership/Tony changed my mind, and I went back to the dealership and bought my car. I would have eventually gone back regardless but I was impressed Tony didn't forget me or my desire to own a Buick Encore. Sean played a role in the transaction by showing me the knobs, dials and screen info in the car. It was done with tremendous respect, not treating me like an technology idiot, which I am. When I pass the dealeship now, I feel like i can go in for anything and be treated like a valued customer. Thanks for everything! More

Amazing experience We went to this dealership expecting to waste all day in a futile attempt to get a car then leave embarrassed and in tears because of our past credit We went to this dealership expecting to waste all day in a futile attempt to get a car then leave embarrassed and in tears because of our past credit history. I was stunned when we were told we qualified for financing through their buy here pay here program. We have been turned down on several attempts through other similar dealers. We were even more amazed when we were given the option of more than 1 car. None of our options had 150k plus miles, body or interior damage as so many we had looked at. The car we left with I would feel safe driving cross country on vacation. I can not say enough good things about Kasey and the staff at Ray Skillman!! They are an asset to Mr. Skillmans business and we are now customers for life. More
