He got personal with myself and my expenses which is what more dealerships need learn. He taught me how to buget and to get a car that fits in my budget instead of taking advantage of a first time buyer. Kathy Pancake helped me find a car that was perfect for my situation and did not pressure me at all into buying a car. She is an amazing sales person and really does care about the customer.
