The service was excellent. . I only had me new Encore for a week and realized it had an oil leak. I called my salesman, Clay Warner and he told me to bring it in. I did and the . I did and they had another Encore ready for me to drive home while they checked my vehicle out. I was called the next day and they had found the problem and fixed it.
