All of the staff was friendly, understanding, listens to your issues & what you need to help you in the best way and to help make the best decision possible. Kathy Pancake was my salesperson and she really put her ALL into helping me! She made me feel worthy, took time with me, went out of her way, answered all my questions, made sure I was relaxed and comfortable about the process, knowledged me & was the nicest person ever throughout everything! I would recommend her a million times for really getting me into a really nice car and helping me long term instead of thinking about a quick buck to make.
