Answered my questions with logical responses not "wishy-washy" responses. He was pleasant and helpful. I also love that I am able to work there while my car is being serviced. They have a couple of desks with all the plug and electronic connections you would need. Since I work downtown and live on the south side that allows me not to waste time travelling 4 times. Once to drop the car off, second to go to work, third to come back and pick up the car and fourth to go home. It is a real convenience. They supply bottled water, coffee, pastries - I am glad they have bottled water. Thank you. More
