Although it took some time to be delivered, David would return our calls when we inquired about progress of the vehicle, notified us when it was on its way, and called us when the vehicle came in, He was very excited and wanted us to be satisfied with our purchase. He took the time to go over all the features and make sure we are happy and if we had other questions. Sat with us in the car to initialize OnStar and explained all the features that were new to us. Really Long Process and Not Very Attentative I had been talking with a sales manager for 4 days about a vehicle I wanted. The day I came to see it and had an appointment (because I work a lot) t I had been talking with a sales manager for 4 days about a vehicle I wanted. The day I came to see it and had an appointment (because I work a lot) the vehicle had been taken to another dealer the day before. Then they called to bring it back and it had just been sold. Ridiculous and likely story. So, I continued to sit there another few hours. In total, I was there about 6 hours. I wanted to leave. I was frustrated and tired. They didn't have what I wanted in my target price range, so I ended up buying the first vehicle they showed me so I could get out of there. I hate the car I got, it's over priced, So NOT a happy camper. I sat there so long (in the sun by a huge window), I felt like I was being interrogated and finally gave in. The salesman was very nice, and they offer you a lot to drink. I just think they need to be more organized and speedy. And I hate this car......crying now! More
