Great Customer Service I went to the dealer on my lunch just to look. David Schimmel approached me when I walked in. He was both professional and courteous. David and I test I went to the dealer on my lunch just to look. David Schimmel approached me when I walked in. He was both professional and courteous. David and I test drove 4 cars during my lunch hour. After I picked out the car, he then let me drive the vehicle for a week to make sure that was the car I wanted. I've worked in customer service for 26 years....it's refreshing to receive excellent customer service. David is a shinning star and a true asset to the Ray Skillman brand. Best service department in town! Karl, Jay and Jason always take such good care of my vehicles. I love that I know no matter what I bring my car in for, they are always making sure my vehicle, in general, is safe for me and my family.
