I had a rough experience with an oil change chain store and communicated this to Ron over the phone. He quickly made an appointment for me to bring my car in. He said they would take a look and sent me to the very nice waiting room w/ coffee and donuts!! Ron came in and gave me some very good news in a friendly, casual manner which I appreciated because all too often women are spoken to condescendingly when dealing w/ car service at other places. He also was thoughtful enough to match the oil change price of the other place since it was the price I was planning on getting at the chain store. Very impressive!! Oh and they ran my car thru the wash! Great service all around! More
