My husband and I had been shopping for a vehicle for 3 weeks. We have been to several car dealers. We were just about ready to give up when my husband decided to try the Ray Skillman on Washington Street. weeks. We have been to several car dealers. We were just about ready to give up when my husband decided to try the Ray Skillman on Washington Street. It was already around 8:00 pm. We just happened to run into Joe (Manager) while we were looking at vehicles. He asked if he could help us. I told him what we wanted and price range. I just could not beleive the time he took to spend with us. He put everything on paper about a vehicle we were wanting to purchase. No other dealer did that. When we did find something we liked at other dealers the price always changed from the sticker price. Joe was excellent. We have never received service like that before while shopping for a vehicle. We also worked with a sales lady by the name of Cathy Pancake. Again, she was very professional and I can't even find the words to express the service we received. I will certainly go back to this dealer for any future buys. Both of them represented themselves as I would expect a car sales person & manager to do. I am so grateful that we went to this location. Such great people. Even the finance man was so friendly. I don't remember his name. Again, very professional. They all took the time to help us and we appreciate that so much. I really have no problems with the service but I think an hour to change the oil and rotate 4 tires is a little long.
