I made an appointment with Rachel to see a 2001 Honda Accord for 2:30 pm today. She called me at noon to confirm and I told her I would be coming in at 7:30 pm today instead. Subsequently, a man (name unknown, picture not in list above)came over and said he was the available salesperson. He asked what prompted me to be interested in the Honda and I told him it was mileage and price and he informed me the car had been sold that morning. Rachel certainly had my phone number and could have saved me a trip to your dealership and a very unpleasant experience by simply calling to inform me the car I was interested in had been sold. I will not ever do business with this dealership and I will make certain that my friends, acquaintances, family and anyone else I come in contact with will never do business with them as well! My whole experience at Ray Skillman has been wonderful. I came in looking to trade in my car and ended up walking out the same day with a jeep. The staff is so nice and welcoming from the time you come in I came in looking to trade in my car and ended up walking out the same day with a jeep.
