ALL the staff were very helpful, answering all my questions, and very willing to negotiate terms. I have to say I am astounded at the deal I received today. Once you do business with this dealership, you will never want to go any where else. I can not recommend them highly enough!! I purchased a 2009 Pontiac G8 GT from this dealership on Thursday September 20th, 2012. I had been in contact with "Charlene" who is not listed on this employee list. Charlene answered what questions she co Thursday September 20th, 2012. I had been in contact with "Charlene" who is not listed on this employee list. Charlene answered what questions she could, and "forwarded" questions that she couldn't to Dominic. I got an initial phone call from him, then did not hear another word from him until the day I picked up the car. I was trying to sort out a trade in, and was told I would be called back, but never was. I again contacted Charlene to inquire about the trade in and I was again "forwarded" to Dominic whom I never heard from. I notified Charlene by email the night before I came to pick up the car, but when I arrived I was told that the main key was "in a salesman's pocket who isn't working today". This is unacceptable to me, if the employee made a mistake he should have brought the key back on his own time. Dominic said that he would overnight the key to me Fedex the next morning, Friday September 21st. I did not have the key or any word about it on Monday September 24th so I emailed Charlene. She emailed back and informed me that the key was "on it's way via FedEx". I waited until the key finally arrived today, Thursday September 27th. On the FedEx package it says that the ship date was Wednesday September 26th. So basically I was told it shipped just to "shut me up" since I had been inquiring about the key. Unacceptable. Price was great and I'm in love with the car, it's unfortunate my experience ended how it did. Awful customer service aside, Dominic and Charlene were very pleasant and nice people! More

I must say I have been to a couple dealerships in the past and I have never experienced great service from a sales person as I did from Kevin at Ray Skillman. He was very patient, knowledgeable about wha past and I have never experienced great service from a sales person as I did from Kevin at Ray Skillman. He was very patient, knowledgeable about what he was talking about, Kind, and had a great sense of humor. I bought a Pontiac G6 from Kevin not only because the car had everything that I was looking for, but because of how truthful and honest Kevin was about explaining all the details that come with buying a car. Trust worthy people are hard to come by now days especially when you are in a business of selling cars because most of the sales people are trying to make a sell and could careless about what happens to the car, or the long term commitment that person has until he/she pays the car off. I would highly recommend Kevin to anyone who is looking for a car. I really appreciate the curiosity he showed my parents and I while we were there. Juan A. Young More
I had a oil change/tire rotation appointment scheduled for 10:30 today. I arrived at the service department at 10:25 to what seemed to be a very busy service department. I was met by a service employee and communicated that I had a 10:30 appointment and was informed service was running 1hour 15 minutes behind. At this point I told the service employee I could not wait that long and was not offered to reschedule later in the day or maybe the next day. I would suggest if your customers have an appointment time and your service department knows they may be running behind, they might call to reschedule for a later time or next day. I was in a financial bad place. I had been treated badly by two other dealerships and was a LOT worried with a car needing replaced before winter. And oil changes are free too! WOW!!! I have NEVER been more pleased with a salesperson or a company before! My next vehicle or two will be from this dealership and hopefully from Kevin himself!!!
