Where should we begin? This place is amazing!!! You can start with the eye catching way it looks from the street, to the beautiful cars sitting on the lot. (We took our 4 youngest kids in and everyone was so nice to them. We even had the greatest babysitter ever, as we signed our contract. Thanks again, Miss Kathy Pancake!!!) As I stated, the vehicles are beautiful and the sales office is so clean. It all starts when you get out of your car to look at a possible future vehicle. This is where we met the funny and very helpful Jim Schofield. While he push, push, pushes you to buy the most expensive vehicle, he does it with charm. (JUST KIDDING! He is very sweet helps you to find the perfect vehicle for you/your family, and one that fits your budget too!) From showing us the inside and out of what became our new family van, he even got under the hood with my husband and showed us around. Hehehe! He helped us to find just what we were looking for, in our budget, and went over and beyond his duty to make sure we got the best deal. They are very friendly and focused on whats best for you right now. They sat down with me and discussed my best fit and financial fit for me. You may not always get the answer you are looking for whether its them telling you that you cant financially afford the car you want. (which happened to me) But this is a characteristic that you need to look for in a cars business. Most sales associates would have placed you in the car of your dreams and let you pay a note that you cant possibly afford and set you up for failure. If you are looking for honest, straight forward, friendly, and caring customer service look no farther because Ray Skillman Northeast is the place for you!
