She was warm, yet blunt. Honest and hilarious. We bonded over Sci-fi and I was with her when I found out Leonard Nimoy died earlier that day. Sh** got real. She listened, gave advice and sold me exactly what I was looking for. The manager took the time to introduce himself, even though they were having telecom issues that I'm sure were the last thing he needed. I really appreciated that he made the effort to do that. Bobbylee was the most trustworthy money handler I've ever met. He thoroughly explained everything I was signing and put me at ease during what was for me, the most stressful part.
