They sent me information concerning the vehicles they had for sale within my perimeter and went above and beyond to do everything to help me. I then made the trip to the dealership where I was received by Alex who took a very personal interest in my quest for a good used vehicle and again he went above and beyond my expectations. I was treated as if I were purchasing a very expensive new vehicle and was a valued long time customer. I couldn't be more pleased with how I was treated by him or the sales manager at this dealership. Then our final good experience was dealing with the finance manager who took great care to find us a good deal on a finance package. I am a returning customer. I purchased an F-150 4x4 about 18 months ago from this dealership. They were very impressive then so when we were in the market for another new vehicle, I new I wanted to return to 18 months ago from this dealership. They were very impressive then so when we were in the market for another new vehicle, I new I wanted to return to this dealership. They treated me with respect and were very patient with my car buying process. I feel they were very fair with regard to the negotiating process as well. I found all of the employees that I either worked directly with or had occasion to talk to to be extremely friendly. In particular, it was a pleasure working with Dave "Hog" Clifford and Ernie Grant in Financing was extremely helpful. We have two teenagers that will be needing cars in the next 4-5 years and I am sure we will return to this dealership to get them their first new/used car when it is time to do so and this is the first place we will turn to trade in what we are currently driving when the time is right for that as well. I highly recommend this dealership based on their high level of customer service and fair dealing. My hope is that if either of our two new Ford vehicles need service in the future that we are treated with the same level of respect and high level of customer service as I was during the car buying process. We visited Ray Skillman with a pre-approved loan from Capitol One, but our salesman Chuck Barr said he might be able to help us obtain a better interest rate through his finance manager. Chuck was very knowledgeable of the Ford products and made sure we were comfortable with all of the electronics in the vehicle we purchased. He downloaded our phone information into the truck, went over all of the features and insisted we come back in if we needed help with anything. We are very happy with the truck, and happy with all of the added benefits - tow service, hotel, car rental, Ziebart service, windows etched with VIN numbers to limit thefts, and many other add-ons that we didn't expect. My wife, son, and I drove from Jasper, which is over 90 minutes away from the dealership, and arrived at 6:30 pm. Alex Buker greeted us in the parking lot. The weather was miserably cold and windy. Alex pulled the Explorer into a heated garage so we could look at the features. After the test drive, refreshments (coffee, hot chocolate, and popcorn) were served to us. The dreaded discussion of price and trade-in value began but Alex was attentive in listening and was not high-pressured. We finalized a deal and shook hands (the old-fashioned way). Someone cleaned the Explorer inside and out for us (road salt) which I appreciated. After transferring all of the stuff from our old vehicle, Alex even took the time to show us MySync and other items that would make the drive home more comfortable. David had a nice conversation with my wife about farming and the Midwest, and Chris was very helpful and honest about financing terms and paperwork. I think we left at 9:45 pm; almost two hours after closing time. The staff was courteous, professional, and fair. Thanks to David, Chris, and especially Alex for your help.
